Q: Why do commission requests take 4-6 weeks?

A:   A commissioned piece goes through many stages: the initial sketches and planning, design, full artwork, adjustments and final touches. Then moving on to a sample where, if it is acceptable, a final product will be created, quality checked, packed and shipped. This time-frame is based on the working average for each piece. The art process alone will usually take anywhere from 20-50 hours. Please also keep in mind that there are usually more than 1 commission piece being completed at a time. Creating a one-of piece just for you takes time! As such, we thank you for your patience!

Q: Where are your products made?

​

A:   Our metal field centers and card sleeves are made in China, while our deck boxes and some other products start their journey in China and are finished in Canada. The rest of our products, such as holographic field centers, dice, art prints and more, are Canadian made!

Q: Where do get your artwork?

​

A:   All of the artwork for our products are done by in-house Bladeworks.ULTD artists. We do not and will never use artwork created by artists outside our company. We will never use AI generated artwork.

 We do not own or claim to own the original idea for certain characters or series depicted on our products.*
