All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Bladeworks.ULTD, excluding references to designs, characters and/or series that are not owned by Bladeworks.ULTD. In those circumstances we DO NOT claim ownership of said design, character or series. All images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the Site are owned by Bladeworks.ULTD and we ask that you do not replicate any of this property.

As a user of our Site, you agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes. While using our Site, you must not harass or mistreat other users. You must not Violate the rights of other users. You must not violate the intellectual property rights of the Site and any third parties. You must not Hack into the Site or accounts of other Users. You must not post any meterial that could be deemed offensive or inappropriate. You must not use violent, discriminatory or vulgar language. Artwork, Deck boxes, Dice, Dice boxes, Playmats, Mouse pads, Sleeves, Clothing and other accessories.
The following service is also available:
Commissioned custom artwork goods including playmats, sleeves and more. These services must be paid for in full as they are ordered.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all the products listed as being out of stock or for 'pre-order'. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide to be absolutely free of issues.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed payment, we will issue a refund in the amount of the full initial payment. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Our Site is not to be used for sale or resale of any items in any way. If you are found to be selling anywhere on our Site we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any laws or any of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Shipping and Handling
When you purchase goods through our Site they will be delivered with Standard delivery from Post, or Express shipping through another third party such as UPS, FedEx, etc. Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to order quantities, handling issues, and other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekend and statutory holidays. We ask that you are patient with Bladeworks.ULTD as it is a small team.

You will be required to pay for delivery charges in addition to the price for goods you purchase, unless stated otherwise during checkout.

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside of Canada your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country, you are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase if this concerns you. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them and/or receive your goods.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the incorrect address or person as a result of you providing us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

Refund Policy
Refunds for goods must be requested within 7 days of the receipt of your goods. We will only accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site and only for the following reasons:
Goods not matching description of product purchased, goods arriving in the incorrect size.
We do not take responsibility for any goods damaged during transit.

Refunds for the service of a commission sold on our Site will only be given if:
A commission is cancelled within 7 days of being requested, or the allotted time-frame of 6-8 weeks has passed and you have not received notice of progress in an amount of time exceeding 2 weeks. Outside of those parameters, refunds will not be given after the commission has been started or is finished, however, if you are unsatisfied with the piece, we may discuss a re-work of the piece upon request. Please keep in mind that this time frame is only the commission work itself and does not include shipping times.

Return Policy
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the procedure below:
Pack your good(s) and attach a return label then send it back to us paying the necessary postage. The amount paid for the good(s) and initial shipping will be refunded when we receive the returned item.

Our Site guarantees the following:
If a product does not arrive within 40 days of purchase we will issue a full refund.

Consumer Protection Law
Where the Consumer Protection Act or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory Provisions will apply.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.

Dispute Resolution
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Bladeworks.ULTD are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Bladeworks.ULTD agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event the mediator fails. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral-party acceptable to both you and Bladeworks.ULTD,

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Bladeworks.ULTD agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.

Severability
If at any time of the previsions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent of invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. If any changes occur will post them on our Site with a new Terms and Conditions statement.
